Ahoy thar! Yesterday, I spent some time with Pirate Daddy's crew at the excavations. It were there that I noticed all the pots and jars just a sittin' thar on the shelves.
So today, I asked Pirate Daddy, "Are ye ready for some fun?" "Arrrr!" said he. "What manner of fun have ye in mind?"
"Well, when I was a wee little boy, I liked to play hide and seek with me pirate mates. Are ye up for a round or two?"
"Aye!" said he. "Now that be the best idea I've heard all day. I'll do the countin' and you do the hidin'." And at that, Pirate Daddy put his head down and started a countin'
At first I couldn't find me a good place to hide. This one were too narrow to climb inside!
And this one were too big!
This one were too broken!
But then, what before me eyes should appear, but the perfect sized pot to hide!
Aye, Pirate Daddy searched and searched for me, but I lay there quiet as the mice what sneak aboard me ship. It were a long time before Pirate Daddy yelled, "Argh Pirate Shortbeard, ye be too good at this game for me! I give up!" And weren't he surprised when out of that pot I jumped!
Then Pirate Daddy said, "Avast! Let's play this game with Pirate Timothy and Pirate Theodore! You hide and I'll take some pictures. We'll see if they're any better at finding ye out!"

Shiver me timbers! Ye got the eyes of an eagle! I hope ye weren't a usin' yer spyglass!
ARRRR! Everything must be wrong that you say, Pirate Daddy! And I hope that my Pirate Captain could go back to the way he was, like when he was here. And I hope that my Pirate Shortbeard would be here, ARRRR! Is that Okay with you Daddy? I almost forgot you were a pirate, ARRRRR! (from Theodore)
