Yaaarrr!  Pirate Daddy warned me that I'd see some sea creatures, but it were quite a sight when I first laid eyes on them for meself.

Most were of the friendly persuasion, but that octopus put up quite a fight.  "Ahoy!" I yelled.  "Prepare yerself for the fight of your life, you slimy beast from the sea!"

But it were then that I discovered that I had left me spear back on the ship!

He were about to take me down to Davey Jones' locker, but at the last second, a boy came to my aid, riding on a dolphin.  Without a second to lose, I hopped aboard and he carried me to safety.

"Thank you kindly!" said I.  "This old pirate owes you his life!"

"I don't suppose you might be wantin' to teach me the trick to riding these beasts?" asked I.

And, blow me down, that's just what he did.  It weren't too long and I were ridin' a dolphin of me own.

But as I were gettin' me fair share of practice, what should appear but a princess of the sea!  So I hopped up on her shoulder and we spent a while talking about our adventures on the high seas.

I may be an uncultured old sea dog, but every pirate knows how to speak nice to a lady!
