Aye... Have I a tale of adventure for you? Today, I helped Pirate Christine work with a thing called a scanner!
It weren't as hard as minding the wheel in the midst of a great tempest, but it were hard work all the same.
At first, I didn't know what to do, but Pirate Christine helped me figure it out!
"First, ye have to find the right film!" she said.
"Then ye put 'er in the right part of the scanner! Open
'er up!" she told me.
"Then ye have to use the mouse!" she told me. "Where be that mouse? There'll be no mouses on my ship!" I told her.
"Not that kind of mouse, Shortbeard! A computer mouse" she explained.
These be strange customs what have the pirates on Daddy's crew.
Then the scanner let forth an eery glow and a squeak and a grinding noise. I tried to run for me sword to defend meself and Priate Christine, but it were then she told me. "This scanner's not dangerous. See for yourself."
She even let me take a scan of me backside!!!
"Now we need to put the film back in the holders," she told me. "Aye aye, Pirate Christine. I'll have 'em stowed away better than the sails on me old ship!"
"Well, ah, you, Pirate Shortbeard, well, I like to see you. You had quite an adventure today...can I see your butt scan?" -Timothy
